The frolicsome pokes which he would have enjoyed as an adult made him peevish and out of sorts as a baby. Tears began to well up in his eyes as his self-control slipped away. He was just about to start crying when Kimberly reached over the side of the crib and lifted Deedee out to take her to the changing table. Ron heaved a sigh of relief as he watched Kimberly diaper his wife. The brief respite gave him a chance to regain his composure before he too had his bottom encased in the infantile garment. A minute or so later, Kimberly finished diapering Deedee. She pushed the nipple of an orthodontic pacifier into Deedee’s mouth and returned her to the crib to wait while she diapered her brother-in-law.
