You have a few options: A) buy fuel, B) go inside and buy something and tell the employee(s)> you are being followed, C) Catch the occupants in the vehicle by surprise by directly approaching them – call to them that you just called the police on your cell phone and they are being videotaped on the Service Stations video camera.
