As Saturday approached I got more and more worried and scared. I would never pull this off and succeed. But I had to go through with it. There was no going back now, thanks to mum. She had been so good up to now and then all of a sudden she had done this to me. I was being treated like a real daughter and sent out to meet a boy.
I suddenly found myself doing really girly things like checking my nails and filing them down, going over my legs and arms looking for even the slightest small hair and getting really paranoid and pulling it out with tweezers.
