Megan rolled her eyes and they went in to watch the movie. Two hours later, Ron was as forgotten as he had been before she misdialed Ted’s number. There would be other guys and other opportunities for her to prove herself. For the time being, she contented herself to being lost in the sheer experience of being alive.
