Whatever you have to say, we don’t want to hear it.” Mandy’s words had a military cadence as she leaned over and barked orders in Kim’s face. “Now you will come upstairs so we can finish dressing you, Baby, or you will be severely punished.” Then looking over her shoulder at Heather, she said, “I’m real sick of Kim refusing to cooperate. We need to do something to guarantee that, uh, ‘she’ will be a good baby.”
