Simultaneously and with an equal measure of incredulity, Mandy asked, “How would you know?” as Kim sarcastically retorted, “Hey, thanks a lot!” Then with a flash of recognition, Kim remembered the cabin his Dad had rented last summer and the bathroom that he and Heather had shared and which adjoined each of their bedrooms. So the noises he had heard from Heather’s room while he used the bathroom had been Heather spying on him!
