After carefully parking my car and unloading Lea’s diaper bag, Amber began to gently shake the child awake. She fussed briefly but was soon brought out of her nap. Lea was carried by Amber as all three of us entered the restaurant. A waiter asked me on the number of people for the table, to which I replied only three. He then led the group to a table nearby and produced two adult menus, along with a child’s menu and a packet of crayons.
