“Well, the thing is…the night I met you, I didn’t know which kind of experience it was going to be.”
“The first one,” Megan said. “That’s what it felt like to me. After you didn’t call, didn’t say anything….”
“I didn’t use you, Meg.”
“Then why…”
“Yeah, I wanted you,” he confessed. “But I didn’t want it to be like that, especially after I heard so much about you. I kept thinking, “take it easy…. this is Ted’s girl.”
