So much had just happened and she needed a moment to put it all together. She wasn’t sure, but she thought Ron was coming onto her. Never mind that she had just kissed a girl (or maybe because of it), he was showing a definite interest. And what did she do? Not notice and then go all blank-eyed when she figured it out. In truth, there was a lot she hadn’t noticed about Ron. They had barely known each other for a few hours and he had already stood up for her. Protected her. Listened to her. And now…desired her. Wasn’t all that what she wanted in a man? Wasn’t that what she had been looking for? And yet, hooking up with him might somehow spell disaster. She knew she wasn’t getting off that easily.
